Ticket Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy on all ticket purchases.

✅ You may request a refund if:

• Your request is made within 7 days of purchase
• The event has not yet taken place
• The tickets were purchased directly through our official platform

❌ Refunds will not be issued:

• After 7 days from the purchase date
• If the event is less than 48 hours away
• For missed shows or personal scheduling conflicts

If the event is canceled or rescheduled, a full refund or ticket transfer will be offered, regardless of the 7-day window.
